Lulusan Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Universitas Klabat memiliki prospek karier yang sangat luas dan seimbang, di mana mereka dapat memilih jalur pelayanan rohani murni sebagai Pendeta, Guru Agama Kristen, Konselor Pastoral, dan Misionaris di bawah naungan organisasi gereja Advent maupun yayasan keagamaan global, atau bertransformasi ke dunia profesional sekuler sebagai staf Human Resources (HR) di perusahaan swasta, Instructional Designer modul e-learning di startup digital, hingga menjadi Community Development Officer yang mengelola program kemanusiaan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat.
